1. Data Controller

LinaSource Yazılım collects and processes the data set out in this Policy in its capacity as "Data Controller" under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Data Collected

• Identity: username, first and last name (optional).
• Contact: e-mail, telephone (optional).
• Transaction security: IP address, session cookies, device/browser information, log records.
• Game data: progress, purchase history, clan/banner memberships, message history, moderation records.

3. Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Data is collected through the registration form, Google OAuth, cookies, in-game interaction and payment providers, relying on the legal bases in KVKK Art. 5/2 (performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest).

4. Purposes of Use

• Creating and managing the account.
• Operating the game mechanics (resources, war, clans, etc.).
• Detecting fraud, cheating, bots and abuse.
• Logging under statutory obligations (Laws No. 5651, 6563, 6698, etc.).
• Campaign communication to members who consent to marketing.

5. Transfers

Data may be transferred to domestic and international suppliers, limited to service infrastructure (cloud hosting, e-mail service, payment provider). It is shared in accordance with the law upon the official request of competent public authorities.

6. Retention Period

Processed while the account is active, plus the 10-year statutory log retention period. At the end of the period it is anonymised or deleted.

7. Rights of the Member (KVKK Art. 11)

The Member has the right to learn whether their data is processed, to have it rectified or erased, to learn about transfers and to demand compensation for damage. Requests must be sent to destek@linasource.com with a document verifying identity.

8. Cookies

Cookies are used for session management, security and analytics. You may change your cookie preference in your browser settings; the game experience may then be limited.

9. Security

The Company takes industry-standard measures to protect data; however, the Member accepts that transmission over the internet is not 100% secure.
