Terms of Use (Fetih Vakti)

1. Acceptance

By visiting this website (the "Site") and/or opening an account, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms") and the [Privacy Policy](/yasal/gizlilik-politikasi). If you do not accept the Terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Description of the Service

Fetih Vakti is a browser-based online Ottoman-themed strategy game offered "as is" by LinaSource Yazılım. The service is free of charge and includes optional in-game virtual item purchases.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site.
• Users aged 13–18 may open an account with the consent of their legal guardian.
• The account holder is solely responsible for the accuracy of their registration details.

4. User Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• publish profanity, insults, racist/religious/ethnic/political hate speech, sexual abuse or obscene content,
• promote terrorist propaganda or illegal activity,
• use cheat software, bots, automation, exploits or exploit security vulnerabilities,
• gain unauthorised access to other people's accounts,
• interfere with advertising campaigns or ad impression/click systems for fraudulent purposes (generating artificial clicks is prohibited and grounds for account closure),
• reverse engineer, copy or create derivative works from the Site's content.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, artwork, sound effects, names, logos and content of the Site are owned by LinaSource Yazılım or its licensors and are protected by Turkish and international copyright law. Reproduction, distribution or derivative works without permission are prohibited.

6. User Content

The member is fully responsible for user-generated content ("UGC") such as clan chat, messages, clan names and profile information. The Company reserves the right to remove content that breaches the law or these Terms, and to suspend the account, without prior notice. The member grants the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and transferable licence to use the content they publish within the Site.

7. Virtual Items and Payments

In-game "Has Akçe", gold, packages and similar digital items carry no real monetary value; they grant only a licence to use them in-game. Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is **no right of withdrawal** for digital products delivered instantly. 8. Advertising

**No ads are shown on the website.** In the mobile app the only form of advertising is the **rewarded ad**, which you start yourself; there are no forced or interruptive ads.

The revenue model is optional purchases: Diamond packages and Premium membership. The entire game can be played without any purchase and without watching a single ad; purchased items and ad rewards only speed up progress.

The payment channel depends on the platform, and this is mandatory:

• **Web browser:** payments are taken through **Stripe**.
• **iOS / Android app:** payments are taken through the relevant store's **in-app purchase** system (as required by Apple App Store Guideline 3.1.1 and the Google Play Payments Policy). The app does not redirect to an external payment page.

Purchased virtual items (Diamonds, Has Akçe, Premium time) are tied to your account; they cannot be converted back into real money or transferred to another account. Refund requests are subject to the rules of the channel where the purchase was made (the Company for Stripe; Apple/Google for mobile).

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". The Company is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, third-party attacks, force majeure or damage arising from internet infrastructure. The Company's total liability is limited to the amount the member paid in the last 3 months.

10. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your account without notice or compensation in the event of a breach of these Terms or applicable law. A member may close their account at any time from [profile settings](/profil) or via destek@linasource.com.

11. Changes

The Company may update these Terms as necessary. The current version is published on this page and material changes are notified when you sign in. Continuing to use the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumer Arbitration Committees also have jurisdiction in consumer disputes.
