KVKK Disclosure Notice (Fetih Vakti)

Pursuant to Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), LinaSource Yazılım (the "Company") hereby fulfils its disclosure obligation in its capacity as data controller.

1. Personal Data Processed

• Identity (username), contact (e-mail/telephone), transaction security (IP, logs, device), customer transactions (purchases), marketing (preferences, if you consent).

2. Purposes of Processing

• Performance of the membership agreement and provision of the game service.
• Cheat/bot detection, account security, fraud prevention.
• Statutory logging/retention under Laws No. 5651, 6563 and 213.
• Managing requests and complaints.
• (With explicit consent) sending commercial electronic messages.

3. Legal Bases

KVKK Art. 5/2-(a), (c), (ç), (e), (f) and explicit consent under Art. 5/1.

4. Transfers

• Cloud service providers (domestic/international), payment institutions, legal advisers, competent public authorities.

5. Method of Collection

Electronically through the registration form, Google OAuth, cookies, the game client and payment providers, by automated and partly automated means.

6. Your Rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the rights to be informed, to rectification, to erasure/destruction, to object and to compensation. You may apply via destek@linasource.com. The application must comply with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
