This Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") is concluded and takes effect electronically between LinaSource Yazılım (the "Company") and the natural person who becomes a member of the Fetih Vakti (the "Game") platform (the "Member"), at the moment the consent checkbox on the registration form is ticked.
Fetih Vakti is a browser-based strategy game provided online over the internet. The service is provided "as is" and carries no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
3.1. The Member declares that they are not under 13 years of age and, if under 18, that they registered with the consent of their legal guardian.
3.2. The Member is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to suspend membership temporarily or permanently where it deems necessary.
4.1. The Member agrees not to engage in profanity, insults, racist, religious, ethnic or political hate speech, sexual abuse, obscene content, terrorist propaganda, copyright infringement, cheat software, bots, automation, exploits or similar malicious conduct.
4.2. The Member may not transfer, sell or rent their account to third parties. Breach of this rule results in immediate closure of the account without compensation.
4.3. The Member is solely responsible for the security of their account. The Company cannot be held liable for damage arising from password sharing, phishing and the like.
4.4. Under Law No. 5651, the identity and connection details of a member who publishes unlawful content are reported to the competent authorities.
The Game's software, artwork, sounds, names, trademarks and all components are the property of LinaSource Yazılım. Derivative works, reverse engineering, source code extraction, copying and distribution are prohibited.
Digital assets purchased or earned in-game by the Member, such as "Has Akçe", "Gold", buildings, troops and items, carry no real monetary value; they consist solely of a licence to use them in-game. The Company has the right to change, reset or discontinue these assets, the account or the Game without prior notice.
7.1. The Company is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, third-party attacks, force majeure or problems arising from internet infrastructure.
7.2. In all cases the Company's total liability is limited to the amount the relevant member paid to the Company in the last 3 months.
The Company may immediately terminate the membership of a member who acts contrary to this Agreement, applicable law or public morals, without notice or compensation.
The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement. Turkish law applies.
The Member declares that they have read, understood and electronically accepted this Agreement during registration.
